Staff Dayton Business Journal Mortgage rates jump to the highest level in two years and posted the biggest weekly jump since 1987, according to mortgage giant Freddie Mac. The average 30-year fixed-rate mortgage rose from 3.93 percent last week to 4.46 percent this week.
